October 2026
Watching crows, how at ease they are despite the storms…
Crows and sky are One.
They bank, turn, soar, swerve …and Stop.
For the fun of it.

Mad colours this time of year…
Orange light intrudes,
Pushing purple shadows on.
Defying Nature.

*****************************
Crazy cloud formations and colours, defying any sensible reproduction…
Outrageous colours
morph and adapt in the west.
You couldn’t paint it!

Tá an geimhreadh ag teacht…
Caróg ag glaoch,
Raithneach ag ruachan.
Tá an samhradh thart.

The gorse are covered in cobwebs…
Gossamer death-traps
laid out like washing on gorse:
Catching only dew.
