An incredible year for blossoms…

Pines are flowering.
The air is thick as resin,
Sweet as pine syrup.

Clear, bright night…

Moon and tide are full,
The woods closes on itself.
Night’s coffers brimming.

Still cool, but the winter is definitely over…

Trees are embodied.
The woods closes on itself.
It’s all green again.

Not the perfect May..

Blackbird’s liquid song
drowned out by whispering rain.
And bud-bursting trees.
